kids activities and bootcamps is non profit CIC developed by CEO and Director Thomas Cashen as a result of his own life experiences. We deliver bespoke physical activity and emotional health and wellbeing programmes and activities for children, young people, adults and families in schools and community settings. We aim to develop individuals physically, socially, emotionally, mentally and intellectually; through social and emotional learning skills and positive youth development competencies. Supporting individuals to develop transferrable life skills, such as teamwork, communication, problem solving and resilience and thus improve their life chance and raise aspirations.

Bespoke school programmes

We deliver bespoke school programmes to the schools and pupils needs; taking a whole school approach, focused intervention groups and one to one mentoring, wrap around care and forest school.

Community

We offer children’s physical activity and wellbeing clubs, adult bootcamps, sustainable healthy lifestyle courses, holiday clubs and HAF activities funded by the Department of Education.

Corporate

We deliver corporate teambuilding and mental wellbeing packages to support employer and employee wellness. Poor mental health currently cost UK employers up to £45billion a year. For every £1 invested in work place mental health interventions they get back £5 in reduced absence, presenteeism, productivity and staff turnover.
